With the continuous development of information technology,and the increasing demand of industrial automation,the combination of informatization and industrialization is also the inevitable trend of development.At the same time,the State Council put forward the "Made in China 2025" plan,determined the importance of developing intelligent equipment and intelligent factories.As a part of supply chain,warehouse system is an essential branch of intelligent manufacturing system.This paper takes the intelligent warehouse management system as the background,focuses on improving the operation efficiency of the warehouse system,deeply studies the application of the bionic algorithm in the location optimization problem,and studies the realization of the intelligent warehouse management system concretely.The main research work is as follows:Firstly,this paper analyzes the research background of this subject,and discusses the current situation of domestic and international research on warehousing management issues.This paper illustrates briefly about the various components of the intelligent warehousing system.The optimization of the location is also studied,and analyzes the optimization approach,significance and the basic design idea of the optimization algorithm.Secondly,a warehouse location optimization model is built for the purpose of improving the efficiency of storage operations and balancing the workload of each storage cabinet.An improved binary particle swarm optimization algorithm is used to solve the location optimization model.By designing operation examples,the effectiveness of the above model and the optimization algorithm are verified,and the conclusion is reached: the improved binary particle swarm optimization algorithm is superior to the traditional binary particle swarm optimization algorithm and genetic algorithm in the optimization of the location of this subject,and the problem of improving warehousing efficiency and balancing workload is obviously improved.Finally,according to the business process and business requirements of electronic manufacturing enterprises,the system functional requirements are analyzed.The storage management system is divided into five modules,such as storage management,warehouse management,report center,basic information management and system setup,and detailed design of each function module and database structure.Based on the MVC(Model View Controller)and B/S(browser/server)architecture,the intelligent warehouse management system is built,and the function modules in the system architecture design are realized.The validity of the location optimization algorithm is validated by practical operation test,and the black box test cases of some system function modules are shown.This paper designs and realizes the intelligent warehouse management system,meets the practicability and intelligent requirements of the enterprise for the warehouse management system.The system is simple,stable,and the interface is humanized.At the same time,a reasonable mathematical model is built for the location optimization problem.And the improved binary particle swarm optimization algorithm is used to optimize the model,which improves the efficiency of warehouse operation,and makes the enterprise competitive power greatly improved.
