The essential of modern large scale Man-machine system is an open complex system, which has wide and large amount of information communication with the outside. The change of outer factors greatly influences behaviors of inter-system staff. Organization plays a great role in whole harmonizing and controlling management of the system, especially in complex social technology system, where the organization plays the role of determining and guiding to the safety of whole system. This research makes an analysis according to the organizational factors influencing system safety in the complex Man-machine System. By collecting data from questionnaire survey, adopting Confirmatory Factors Analysis and High-order Factor Analysis, explaining data, this paper constructs and proves a theory model. The following conclusions are made:(1) Through classifying, describing the present organizational factors both at home and abroad, this thesis builds an organizational classifying system which is characteristic to Chinese cultures. That is, organizational factors, which influence system safety in the complex social technology system, can be classified into two: External Influence and Interior Influence. External influence includes political factors, economic factors, relationship among different interest groups, technological factors, law factors, and geography factors. Interior influence includes organization structure, organization cultures, communication, decision-making, training, Proceduralization and supervision.(2) Before writing this thesis, the author designs an expert questionnaire and an enterprise questionnaire to provide theory basis for the preciseness and study of practical situation on the basis of organization factor classification system.(3) This thesis makes a describing statistical analysis for the collected data and lists the factors according to their importance. Then it finds out that the average of manager working motivation is the highest, the executive degree of Supervision is the second. The last one is communication frequency.(4) According to the collected data, this thesis builds a structural equation model to make the confirmatory factor analysis. The analysis result indicates that the relativities of all factors are notable statistically. The closest relativity is that between training factor and proceduralization. The next closest is that between proceduralization and supervision. The relativity between proceduralization and organization structure is high. From the close relativity between proceduralization and other factors, we can see that procedure provides basis for training and supervision. As an important basis for the working of enterprise, proceduralization plays a great role in enterprise.(5) According to the data collected, this thesis builds a structural equation model and analyzes the high-order factor. The analyzing result shows that the relativities between all factors and high-order factor are notable statistically. These factors can be listed according to the contribution to the system safety: proceduralization, training, organization structure, supervision, organization culture, decision-making and communication.Current limitations and future research orientation are also discussed at the end of the thesis.
