Research On The Theory Of Utilization Of Archives In China In The "Internet +" Era

It was not until the end of 1950 s that the theory of archives utilization in China was formally born.Afterwards,it experienced formation,stagnation,recovery and development.As an important branch of archival science research,academic circles in our country is focusing on the theory and practice of the utilization of archives.In the "Internet +" era,the theory and practice research on the utilization of archives in China present a new situation,the theory of the utilization of archives is of great significance continue to steadily forward,on the basis of existing theory accumulation,combined with the practice of archives utilization in our country the status quo,combing,summed up the file using the theory of the system in our country.The first chapter is the introduction,mainly introduces the research background and basis,research purpose and significance,research status at home and abroad,research content,research methods.The concept of "Internet +" era is discussed in the second chapter,which limits the research time span of this topic: from 2007 to now,that is,the era of "Internet +".Then it elaborates the connotation and extension of the theory of archives utilization in detail,and reviews the development course of the theory of archives utilization in China.The third chapter mainly summarizes the characteristics of China's archive utilization theory in the "Internet +" era from five dimensions,including theoretical development process,research content,research perspective,research environment.The development of the theory of archives utilization in the "Internet +" era is being inquired into in this chapter,which accordances with discipline characteristics,era characteristics,the state of our country and archiving.Next is the fourth chapter.There are problems existing in the development of the theory of archives utilization in China in the "Internet +" era,such as the serious tendency of technocentrism and the insufficient tension of the existing theoretical achievements,and analyzes the causes of the problems from three aspects,including subject of theoretical research,the ontology of research and the academic environment.On this basis,this paper puts forward four countermeasures to develop archives in our country,including the expansion of the thinking for the research of the theory of archives utilization in our country,perfection of the theory of archives utilization of system,and promotion of the theory of archives utilization of "quality development".And the paper properly handles several pairs of f relationships of the theory of archives utilization,etc.
