"The Best Spring in The World" Scenic Area is the only 5 A-level scenic spot in Jinan City.And it has a long history and rich tourism resources.It has produced and accumulated a variety of tourism documents of various types in the construction of scenic spots and the development of tourism.These travel archives not only have the general commonality of files,but also have their own unique personality.They are important information resources and cultural treasures.With the change of concept,people's choice of tourism has evolved from the simple landscape-oriented tourism to the cultural tourism.This has led the scenic area management departments to raise their awareness of archival and began to pay attention to the management,development and utilization of tourism archives.Although some practical results have been achieved,but due to the existence of some subjective and objective reasons,the development of scenic tourism archives has been restricted and it is in.its infancy.However,"The Best Spring in the World" Scenic Area is a cultural business card and a window of civilization in Jinan.It should take the initiative to attack and value and develop the use of tourism archives.Based on the research results obtained by experts and scholars in related fields and the research and analysis of the actual situation of the tourism archives.This article explained the concept,characteristics and value of tourism archives,analyzed the main body and object of the exploitation and utilization of tourism archives,discussed the necessity of exploitation and utilization of tourism resources:it's an inevitable choice to meet the needs of social development;it's an important means to give full play to the value and function of tourism archives,and it's an important way to promote the scenic archives work from passive to active.In addition,this paper also analyzes the feasibility of the development of tourism archives from three aspects.Based on theoretical analysis,this paper discusses the achievements and experiences that have been achieved at the present,and points out the problems existing in the development of tourism archives,including:poor effectiveness,shallow degree of refinement,low level of development and utilization,backward construction of tourism archives resources,and hollow cultural symbols.Finally the paper explores effective ways to solve the problems existing in the management and development and utilization of tourism archives from the five perspectives,they are the construction of smart scenic spots,the construction of characteristic databases,the promotion of the construction of"Internet + files",the construction of tourism archives,and cross-border cooperation.
