Research On Intelligent Service Of Municipal Public Library In Anhui Province

Since entering the information age,all walks of life are advancing with The Times to carry out information and intelligent innovation.Public libraries are no exception,constantly introducing new technologies to provide users with convenient and intelligent services to meet their ever-growing cultural needs.Compared with traditional libraries,smart libraries have changed a lot.They are no longer limited to users' places of reading and learning,but become the "third space" of a city,providing users with diversified and personalized cultural services.However,in the process of intelligent development,the construction of municipal libraries needs to be strengthened,and the provision of intelligent services also needs to be improved.In view of this,this study adopts quantitative and qualitative empirical research method to carry out a practical investigation on the intelligence service of 16 prefecture-level public libraries in Anhui Province.On the basis of investigation and analysis,we aim to understand the existing problems,dig into the main causes of these problems,and accordingly put forward targeted countermeasures and Suggestions for improvement.This research mainly includes five aspects: Chapter one,introduction.This part mainly expounds the background,purpose and significance,contents and methods of this research,the domestic and foreign literature research status,the relevant concepts involved in this research,including public libraries,smart services,etc.,the innovation of this research.Chapter two,Anhui municipal public library intelligence service survey and analysis.This part adopts the methods of network survey,data analysis and case analysis to investigate and analyze the current situation of intelligent service in municipal public libraries in Anhui province and make a case study to understand the current situation of intelligent service in libraries through research.Chapter three,the problems and causes of Anhui municipal public libraries.Based on the understanding of the actual situation in Chapter 2,this part deeply analyzes problems and their causes.At present,there are still many problems in the wisdom service of municipal public libraries in Anhui Province,such as wisdom borrowing and returning,wisdom searching,wisdom consulting,wisdom space,platform equipment and information acquisition.The reasons are mainly as follows: The different level of economic development in Anhui leads to the different intelligent service ability of the municipal public libraries.The current human resource team is weak,which makes the library weak in smart service.The shortage of archives management and resource construction capacity in municipal libraries further restricts the supply of intelligent services.Chapter four,the countermeasures and Suggestions to improve the intelligent service of Anhui municipal public libraries.On the basis of the above problem mining and cause analysis,this part focuses on the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions: extend loan and return channels through emerging platforms,deepen the retrieval hierarchy and improving the retrieval function,improve the consulting system and realize active service,intensify efforts to build a smart space,strengthen the construction and development of cloud platform,expand access to information resources.Through these countermeasures and Suggestions,it is hoped to promote the perfection of the municipal public library's intelligent service system and improve the level of China's public cultural service.Chapter five,research conclusion,insufficiency and prospect.This part is the summative part of the whole paper.First of all,this chapter summarizes the conclusion of this research in a holistic way.At the same time,this chapter summarizes the existing deficiencies of this research and looks forward to the future research direction of these deficiencies.
