Research On The Development Of Local Literature Resources In Public Libraries Of Hebei Province

As an important manifestation of local specialties and cultural development,local literature is a valuable constituent of public library resource.Local literature plays an important role in the local political and economic development and cultural heritage protection and inheritance.Local literature resources have high utilization value.The investigation and research on the development of local literature resources of public libraries in Hebei province can provide insights for the maintenance and development of local literature and cultural resources which is beneficial to the social and cultural development of Hebei Province.Based on the literature meta-analysis method,this thesis points out the research background of the development of local literature resources in Hebei public libraries and the significance of local literature resources in preserving and promoting the outstanding local culture of Hebei Province.The research makes full use of the local literature resources in Hebei Province in order to contribute to the development of the local politics and economy.Secondly,on the basis of defining the concept of local document resources,the study summarizes the current research status of local document resources in China and overseas,including the collection of local documents in public libraries,the current situation and development path of local document resources.Focusing on the development and utilization of public libraries,the research present the current local databases in public libraries.Further,by investigating and researching on the development of local literature resources of public libraries in Hebei Province through the network investigation method and the interview method,the researcher sorted out the results of the interviews,analyzed the current status of the development of local literature resources in the public libraries in Hebei Province,and discovering the current public libraries in Hebei Province,and examined the current public libraries in Hebei Province.The development of local literature resources in libraries is being carried out steadily.The subject content of local literature resources is significantly rich.Not only are the types of local literature resources appear to be increasingly elaborative and comprehensive,but also the network sharing mechanism for the development of local literature resources is gradually taking shape.However,results also indicated that there are still some problems in the collection,staffing,funding,development,and copyright of the local literature resource development in the Hebei Provincial Public Library,and the existing problems are further posted in correspondence with the government,public libraries,and legal systems.Carried out a cause analysis.In this regard,is the researcher proposed in the study to do invest more time and effort in the collection and integration of local literature resources,broaden the sources of funding for the development of local literature resources,do a good job in personnel planning for the development of local literature resources,and carry out reasonable planning and integration of local literature resources based on the actual conditions of Hebei Province.The development and establishment of a comprehensive digital information resource management platform will help further promote the development of local literature resource management platform will help further promote the development of local literature resources in Hebei Province,lay the foundation for better use of local literature resources in the future,and enable local literature resources to realize and maximize their potential values.
