The development of broadcasting since its inception in 1920 s,has been nearly one hundred years.Nowadays,the popularity of mobile Internet,broadcast via this platform,began to open up new markets.The development of radio type mobile phone client is an important path of the development of broadcasting network era.Based on the traditional radio stations to create mobile phone client and rely on business and company the radio mobile phone client emerged and developed accordingly.User thinking gradually became the center of the Internet thinking in the Internet Age.Communicators began to emphasize the user,rather than the audience around the user needs of the user experience has become an important standard for the development of the media.This paper compares the commercial radio mobile phone client and traditional radio mobile phone client of user experience by using sampling survey,individual interviews and other methods.Surveying the two designated mobile phone client users and analysing user experience of specified mobile phone client.Then put forward feasible suggestions for optimization of the user experience by learning each other's advantages.This paper selects Himalaya FM as the representative of commercial radio mobile phone client and the CNR news as traditional radio mobile phone client.Based on the investigation of Himalaya FM and CNR news client users on the aspect of the strategic level,the range of user experience layer,structure layer,frame layer and presentation layers to design questionnaire,and carried out and analyzed the results of the survey.On strategic level,Himalaya FM started from the balance of the realization of user needs,it pay more attention to the commercial operation;and the CNR news pay more on satisfy the demand for content;speaking to update the contents of range layer,Himalaya FM and CNR news basically achieve the update demand.Himalaya FM contents of user generated content,make or buy high-quality programs,CNR news covering central and local traditional media content,international information,relying on their production,editing,broadcast,etc.;on the layer of structure,the user can operate and use the interactive.According to content,CNR news is more scientific and simple than Himalaya FM;on framework layer,Himalaya FM has better central search and navigation mechanism performance than CNR news;on recognition layer,the majority of users are able to carry out the brand color,and in the layout,Himalaya FM has more sectors attraction on users in layout.By comparison,the insufficient aspects are put forward to optimize the reasonable suggestions of the user experience.Himalaya FM optimization suggestions are: increase the traditional radio station playback days to attract users;scientific classification to facilitate navigation;strict user generated content checks;establish preferential activities to stimulate consumer behavior.Suggestions for CNR news: establish audio playback function to make up for the defects of perishable;create a search function for quickly finding;eliminate exclusive between listen to audio and watch news;strengthen peer cooperation and enrich the audio content.From the point of the user experience,this paper analyzes the the mobile phone application of commercial and traditional media,which is a new point of view.Researchers have less achievement in this area.
