Investigation And Research On The Construction Of The Provincial Public Library's Board Of Trustees In China

This paper investigates the overall status of the construction of the provincial public library council in my country,and understands the basic status of the current public library council construction in my country,and combines the mature experience of foreign council construction from system construction,system construction,member performance,The five aspects of power implementation and internal and external supervision put forward suggestions on the problems of my country's Public Library Council.This article mainly adopts literature research method,network investigation method,comparative analysis method and other research methods.Collect,sort and study the literature related to the reform of the corporate governance structure of public libraries in my country and the construction of the council,and clarify the research content and research ideas of this article.Then,we collected and sorted out the construction of provincial public library councils in our country through the network investigation method,and summarized the effectiveness and existing problems of the council construction.Finally,select foreign public libraries or stateowned enterprises with mature experience in various aspects and compare the status quo of the domestic provincial public library councils and put forward relevant suggestions.This article is divided into the following seven parts of the investigation and research on the construction of the provincial public library council in my country.The first part is the introduction,expounding the research background,research purpose and significance,research methods and ideas,and research innovation points and difficulties of this article.In addition,the literature research method is used to review relevant research at home and abroad.The second part is about the concepts and theories related to the research on the construction of the public library council.The third part is the investigation results and effectiveness analysis of the construction of the provincial public library council in my country from five aspects:system construction,system construction,member performance,power implementation,and internal and external supervision.The fourth part is to select the mature experience cases of foreign public libraries and state-owned enterprise councils in the above five aspects.The fifth part is to put forward the problems and reasons in various aspects based on the investigation of provincial public libraries in our country.The sixth part is a synthesis of the fourth and fifth parts,which put forward targeted suggestions on the five aspects of the construction of my country's provincial public library council.The seventh part is the summary and outlook,which summarizes the multiple relationships among the five aspects of council building.
