| With the increasing economic strength of our country,people’s material living standards have been greatly improved,and people’s demand for enriching the spiritual world has become increasingly urgent.At the same time,the state pays more attention to the improvement of public cultural service system in order to improve the cultural self-confidence of Chinese people and prepare for the further development of cultural power.This makes public libraries,as an important part of the public cultural service system,bear more and more important social responsibilities.How to promote the better and faster development of public libraries is a good way to evaluate their development level.This paper studies the evaluation of the development level of provincial public libraries from the following aspects.Firstly,it collates,analyses and reviews the relevant literature at home and abroad,and clarifies the relevant theoretical basis for the evaluation of the development level,including the concept of provincial public library,the connotation of the development level of public library,and the influencing factors of the development level of provincial public library;secondly,it observes the evaluation of the development level of Provincial Public library.On the premise of the construction principle of the price index system,the initial evaluation index system is established from the three dimensions of "basic condition-resources-services".After the correlation analysis of the initial evaluation index system,the index system with 18 three-level indexes is established.Thirdly,after comparing several common multi-attribute evaluation methods,the basic evaluation method is adopted.The grey correlation degree and TOPSIS decision-making method are used as the evaluation methods in this paper.Finally,the relevant data of China Statistical Yearbook and China Cultural Relics Statistical Yearbook from 2014 to 2018 are collected to evaluate and empirically analyze the development level of Public Libraries in 31 provinces(excluding Taiwan,Hong Kong and Macao). |
