In recent years,with the continuous development of science and technology,as the production line began to rely on human labor gradually transformed into fully automated production mode,so this put forward higher and higher requirements for the equipment maintenance personnel of the production line.Once the equipment on the production line breaks down,the least serious situation is to affect the smooth operation of the production line,and the most serious situation is to make the company suffer double losses of economy and reputation.It can be seen that when the equipment fails,the equipment maintenance personnel must timely judge the relevant situation,the most important is to determine the root cause of the failure,so as to quickly lock the failure point and deal with it efficiently,so that can make the production line operate normally.In recent years,at home and abroad,not only equipment fault detection,but also diagnosis and processing technology have made great progress and development.Through related technologies,such as computer network technology and data acquisition,PLC is used to collect various sensor signals on the production line.After that,through the data analysis software processing,the recent action status of the device can be displayed on the computer.For these data,they provide a reliable basis for fault analysis.At the same time,through the optimization of program algorithm,we can find the index and basis for fault judgment,such as the loss of key signals in components,numerical mutation and so on.Finally,these signals are directly put into the alarm system to monitor the status in real time.If the state changes,the alarm will be started immediately,which saves a lot of time for the staff to lock the failure point.Firstly,this paper introduces not only the process flow of a continuous annealing line,but also the hardware and software system of automatic control.In addition,three kinds of traditional fault diagnosis algorithms are analyzed,including status monitoring method,PDA curve tracking method and fault alarm method,etc.At the same time,this paper compares the advantages and disadvantages of the three methods.Aiming at the shortcomings of traditional fault diagnosis methods such as long analysis time and too wide alarm range,two innovative and improved algorithms are proposed,namely CPC status monitoring algorithm and automatic step alarm algorithm,to achieve the purpose of improving fault alarm accuracy and reducing processing time.In the future fault processing of CPC deviation and automatic step,there is no need to retrieve the curve for repeatability analysis,which effectively reduces the time for fault processing and improves the labor efficiency of the staff.
