With the rapid development of society, the elevator has become the indispensabletransport in high-rise buildings. The technology of the elevator is very mature, it’s not easy toseize the market through the elevator technology. In order to obtain greater benefits, theelevator manufacturers set their sights on after-sales market of the elevator. However, eachelevator manufacturer has developed the monitoring system that only meets their elevators,the system has limits that cannot be widely applied to all types of elevators.This paper introduces a wireless remote detection and fault diagnosis system of theelevator that can run independently, it can be applied to different types of elevator system andwill not affect the monitoring of the elevator system. Before the design of the system, analyzethe structure of the elevator firstly, especially the electrical part with close combination withthe mechanical part, observe the operation situation for field trip, make records and analyzeon the fault and make a comprehensive understanding of the elevator control system.With the comprehensive understanding of the elevator structure. First, design theacquisition boards to collect the operation signal of the elevator, the acquisition boards collectthe elevator running signal through sensors and communicate with MCU through opticalcoupling isolation. Second, establish a TCP connection to realize the GPRS data transmission,the MCU through sending AT command to control GTM900C to establish the TCP linkmodules that can transport the data to the network, then monitor the information on theLabview. Last, establish a fault diagnosis system, use the Clementine software to make datamining based on the elevator fault as a benchmark and dig up the information that consistentwith the fault information then serve for fault diagnosis.This system can realize data acquisition and transmission of the elevator, through thediagnosis system we can determine the fault information of the elevator, this system operatessimple, it can add in different types of elevator system with no affect to the operation of theelevator.
