Low noise amplifier as the first stage of the wireless radio frequency receiver.Its performance determines the ceiling of the receiver system.With the development of the internet of things,the demand is improving of the performance such as cost or power for the wireless communication equip.The circuit of the past is difficult to meet the demand of products.Therefore,this paper put forward a low noise amplifier circuit and an active inductor circuit for such low power and low cost products.The structure on the premise of guarantee performance can meet the application requirements,the area is under 0.01 mm~2,which has a greater cost advantage.The main contents of this paper are as follow:1.An active inductor circuit is proposed.It improve the transconductance by the primary and secondary gyroscope.Achieve an high inductance and Q value inductor.2.A fully differential low noise amplifier circuits was proposed.This circuit is based on the common gate amplifier circuit.It compensated the gain in the low power circuit by the cross coupling capacitor and the substrate bias technology.The noise performance of the circuit is optimized by the noise cancellation technology and the area of this circuit is reduced by the active inductance3.Deduced the mathematical formula of the noise,gain,input impedance,linearity and other performance of this low noise amplifier by the theoretical analysis of AC small signal model.Then optimized the performance of this circuit according to the relationship between the circuit parameters and the performance.4.Built the circuit model by Cadence Virtuoso software and optimized the circuits parameters according to the mathematical formula deduced above.A 2.4 GHz low noise amplifier was designed and simulated in SMIC 0.13?m process.The power consumption is3 m W,the noise figure is less than 3 d B,the voltage gain is 20 d B,the output compression point of 1 d B is higher than-20 dBm.
