Study On Fusion Development Of Qinzhou News Media Center In The Visual Threshold Of Media Ecology

The group of CPC Central Committee for Comprehensive Deepening Reform approved the Guiding Opinions on Promoting the Fusion Development of Traditional Media and Emerging Media at the meeting in 2014.With the dual support of national policy and finance,media at the level of the Center,the province and the county have boosted the development of media convergence centers since then,such as People's Daily with long-term top influence among We Chat Subscriptions,the Paper.cn that is leading in the mobile news client-side,and the Zhejiang Changxin Media Convergence Center with a revenue of more than 100 million dollars.The fusion development of traditional prefectural media becomes a weak link of the four-level official media.Facing the insufficient national policy and financial support,the media only have to rely on the local government and themselves.Besides,what they are confronted with includes the lack of talent team,the big pressure of the economic,the squeezing of the powerful media,and the single money-making model.This paper begins with the theory of media ecology and takes the fusion development of Qinzhou News Media Center as the object,analyzing the media ecology of the center from the levels of “the surface” and “the inside” respectively to figure out the major dilemma it has faced in the course of fusion development and the ecological logic behind it.In the end,corresponding advice and suggestions are put forward according to the accumulations in the research for the fusion development of Qinzhou News Media Center.The paper first combs the historical venation of the center's establishment is sorted out to unveil the status quo of its fusion development.Its living environment is clarified from media location environment,system environment,resource environment and user environment.Then based on this,this paper analyzes the media niche of Qinzhou news media center from the perspective of resource allocation.Also,the impact of media niche on the center is explained from three aspects: the process of news production,the organization and management of the media,and the news concept.At the end of the paper.The theory of media ecology is applied to improve the fusion development of traditional media.Relevant suggestions to advance the fusion development of Qinzhou News Media Center and traditional prefectural media are come up with from two respects: to innovate the mode of resource flow and distribution;to widen the channel of resource supplement.
