Research On The Risk Warning And Avoidance For Diversification Of Internet Enterprise

At present,operating risks are particularly important for the diversification of enterprises,and how to operate the business better has become the primary issue for the management.With the increasing growth of layout industry,enterprises have to face the internal risks of the organization on the one hand and be alert to the external industry risks on the other hand,the operation will face more acute and tedious conflicts and problems.Under the diversified development,enterprises urgently need to self-examine and establish a complete set of risk model as soon as possible.This thesis takes M enterprise as an example,and analyzes it by summarizing its internal operating capability,external operating capability and operating risk using a large amount of data(M's assets,M's sales revenue,M's patent licenses,etc.)and using figures and tables.By constructing a operating risk model exclusively for M enterprise through AHP,and using an internal questionnaire survey with junior and middle managers as respondents,we summarize the sources and consequences of Enterprise M's operating risks,and propose measures to optimize operating risks from the perspectives of technology,management,brand market and ecological chain.Junior and middle managers to do well in business management services,should adjust the risk to a reasonable range as the main goal,focusing on technology,management,brand market and ecological chain,the specific ways include increase efforts to introduce talents and investment in R&D,introduce strategic investment and improve management system,strengthen branding and improve market positioning,appropriate expansion of ecological chain etc.
