This paper takes the micro-electronic enterprise's intensive employees and prominent chemical and fire safety hazards as the research object,carries out comprehensive risk assessment,strengthens the microelectronic enterprise's safety management,and explores the practical application of risk assessment methods.Using on-site investigation,quantitative calculation,and numerical simulation methods,the risk factors of microelectronics enterprises were effectively identified,and a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of hazards was established to improve the risk analysis and safety countermeasures of microelectronics enterprises.In the identification of risk factors for microelectronics companies,PHAST simulation and FDS fire evacuation software were used for quantitative analysis.An example of spraying waste gas diffusion and vapor cloud explosion was discussed,and the risk of diesel and liquid nitrogen high-risk storage tank leakage was evaluated through PHAST;FDS fire evacuation software was used to simulate the fire scene in the plant area,and the building fire smoke was predicted to be available Evacuation time and employees must be evacuated,reviewed the actual fire evacuation drills of microelectronics companies;through Pyrosim fire scene setting and Pathfinder employee evacuation numerical analysis,when the smoke exhaust volume is22000m3/h,and the supplementary air volume is 70%,There is a safety risk that emergency evacuation lags behind;it demonstrates the application value of FDS fire evacuation simulation in the identification of risk factors for microelectronics enterprises.Based on the ISO45001 system,the risk identification and evaluation of microelectronics enterprises was carried out,and the risk evaluation index system of microelectronics enterprises was constructed,including 5 first-level indicators,16second-level indicators,and 76 third-level indicators;For system weight,the comprehensive risk analysis of the evaluation index system was carried out by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,and the degree of membership of each factor was obtained.The multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of enterprise risk is: the risk evaluation level is good(safer),the security level is 2 and the security level score is80.01.And according to this,a comprehensive analysis of microelectronics enterprise risk was carried out.
