With the progress of the times,the development of science and technology,people in the information interaction,for the current teleconference,on-site meetings and other ways,has been unable to meet the needs of people,especially the work of large enterprises,as a large state-owned electric power enterprise,in the high quality meeting,high efficiency meeting,meeting flexible,convenient,clear picture and other aspects of the demand is stronger and stronger Strong,dependence is also getting higher and higher.At the same time,with the needs of the construction of world-class enterprises and the continuous deepening of the work in actively building a saving,flexible,convenient and modern enterprise construction,the demand of State Grid Corporation of China in high-definition video conference system from top to bottom is becoming increasingly strong.Aiming at the problems of poor sound quality,unstable data transmission,low image definition,low communication quality and difficult management in traditional video system,this paper puts forward the solution of HD video conference system.Mainly relying on the deployment of the integrated videoconference system project of State Grid Co.,Ltd.,this paper focuses on the analysis of the problems existing in the current video conference system,and designs the network,video conference terminal,main controller module,protocol conversion and CVC system by using three-tier architecture transmission network,video private network dual standby interconnection and other technologies.Completed the server construction,network system,management system,protocol,terminal management and other content.This paper designs and implements a high-definition video conference management system,which can restore the sound quality,image and other contents of users in the real conference scene,and ensure that users can get the conference experience with clear picture quality,sound quality,stable network,reliable communication quality and low time delay in the system.Based on the first phase project of the State Grid Corporation of China(SGCC)phase I teleconference system in Tibet,this paper analyzes the carrying capacity of MCU network frame,special line and Internet resources,as well as the operation of phase I teleconference and MCU,and selects cross platform technology,using My SQL database and Java language,based on springboot 2.0,mybatis 3.0 open source framework,in the jdk8 development environment using object-oriented ideas to design and implement a high-definition video conference system to meet the needs of the conference system.
