The Design And Implementation Of Information Service Platform For Hefei Science And Technology Enterprise Incubator

On 2015,Premier Li Keqiang put forward the "innovation and public entrepreneurship peoples" in the government work report,in the nine million and six hundred thousand square kilometers of land which China rise a new trend of highly innovative.At the same time,with the "Internet plus" era,the Internet technology and innovation have a inseparable relationship.In the domestic economic slowdown,the employment situation is grim,independent innovation and entrepreneurship has become a new growth point of the national economy.China's scientific and technological resources arid information,there are obvious differences in the geographical distribution,the capital economic circle and Middle Eastern relatively developed areas occupy the vast majority of the resources of science and technology in China,the high degree of concentration of resources but also promote the rise of the science and technology management platform.Hefei city is a national comprehensive science center of China,the State Council also established as a public entrepreneurship peoples innovation demonstration base.Hefei city currently has 26 business incubators,7 incubators reached that national qualification,4 incubators reached the provincial qualification,all are in the top of Anhui province.Although the entrepreneurial work in Hefei is in full swing,but from the management point of view,each incubator still uses a more traditional management model,few of the information technology resources to assist management.2016,Hefei,there are several innovative entrepreneurship center is under construction.With the increasing number of entrepreneurial centers,the establishment of a unified city of science and technology business incubator information service platform is imminent.This thesis is divided into four parts.The first part starts with the related concepts and research status of the incubator,and briefly introduces the current situation of the development of incubator and the research status of the service platform.The second part is the case study,the national science and technology management information system of the public service platform,the core area of Zhongguancun innovation service platform and Wuhan East Lake new technology development zone as the typical cases,the advantages of these three case platform being selected as template for the design of Hefei city science and technology business incubator the information service platform.The third part is the core of this thesis,starting from the practice of incubator management,constructing the operation mechanism design of an information service platform and analysis platform,and implement the supporting service platform.The fourth part is to improve the platform to improve,try to provide more service.
