With the deepening of the supply-side reform of the steel industry,domestic steel companies will face the dual task of mergers and acquisitions and optimization of industrial structure.How to balance the Group's internal production capacity and realize the coordinated production of different production bases and different production lines is an important problem faced by major steel companies.MES system is a set of production information management system for the executive level of manufacturing enterprise workshop,and it is the link of information integration of CIMS(Computer Integrated Manufacturing Systems).In response to the above-mentioned problems,Shougang Group launched the project of integrated management of iron and steel production and sales management system,aiming to enhance the integrated coordination level of Shougang's "one industry and multiple locations" and the core competitiveness of "Manufacturing +Service".In this paper,based on the background of MES transformation in the production and marketing integration project of Shougang,through a detailed understanding and full analysis of its business needs,the original MES system of cold rolling Department of Shougang Jingtang company is transformed into a production execution system(PES),and the transformed PES system is systematically planned and designed.Firstly,the background and significance of Shougang Iron and steel production and marketing integration project and MES transformation project are introduced.The research status of MES system at home and abroad is described.At the same time,the relationship between MES and iron and steel production is studied,the importance of MES system in iron and steel enterprises is clarified,and the technical characteristics of MES in iron and steel industry are described.Secondly,from the perspective of enterprise three-level architecture,this paper reviews the whole structure of the original MES system of Shougang Jingtang and analyzes the shortcomings of the original MES system.In view of the problems such as old system,unsuitable business point connection,unclear management and executive functions,the cold rolling MES system of Shougang Jingtang was reformed to form standardized PES products,and the functional requirements of cold rolling PES system are put forward.After understanding the overall requirements of cold rolling PES system,the overall framework and functional modules of the original MES system were re integrated,optimized and upgraded.The design scheme of PES system under the three-layer MVC framework of Spring+My Batis+Ext JS6.5 is discussed.At the same time,the innovation of system design is described.Finally,from the use cases of different modules such as operation plan management,production performance management,material management,quality management,storage management,roll management,report management,the system implementation and business configuration of PES system are described in detail.Through the project transformation,the process interface of cold rolling Department of Shougang Jingtang company has been repositioned,reconstructed and upgraded,and the organic integration of business and information system has been realized.
