Xiangjiang River Navigation-Power Junction in Changsha is a Navigation-Power Junction project that aims mainly at improving the navigation of Xiangjiang River,while ensuring multiple functions such as water supply and irrigation in the cities,improving the environment,the road traffic,and power supply.It is an important construction project of the national,provincial and municipal "Eleventh Five-year Plan" and provincial and municipal key project.After the completion of the project,the navigation ability of the Xiangjiang from Chenglingji to Hengyang increased from 1000 t to 2000 t,beneficial for the improvement of the city's taste,enchanting the overall economy competitiveness of the Chang-zhu-tan city group,accelerating the pace of constructing resources-conserving and environment-friendly society,it is an important economic project,environment quality improvement project and civil livelihood project,the overall investment is 6.378 billion Yuan.Changsha Xiangjiang River Overall Junction Project started construction in Dec.,2009,in October,2012,water conservancy through lowering gate and navigation in the valves were realized,in Jan.2015,the first machinery group of the power plant was produced and supplied power,the bridge was open to traffic,in the same year,fish breeding plant was put into use,the project improves the navigation in Xiangjiang River,guarantees the water supply and irrigation of the cities,improves the environment and the Traffic of the roads,multiple functions such as power supply have been realized.In order to ensure the long-term dependable operation of engineering water conservancy,navigation and power supply,at present,Changsha Junction has constructed navigation lock management,power plant monitoring,arc gate control of water release gate,water condition management and dam supervision among other independent intelligent monitoring systems,but the information between the systems is not shared,the administrative level has not looked up production information and inspected it either,therefore the author of the paper proposes a new production informatization technological plan according to the issues not considered by the current system,aimed at deepening informatization construction of Junctions in Xiangjiang River,integrating navigation,power supply,water release valve,and fishery among other production data and management systems,integrating the management process and the control process,and integrating all the information of Junctions in Xiangjiang River on one platform.Detailed plans follow analysis:1.Through analysis and research of the basic hardware and construction system of the current system,confirm the development scale based on the current needs and full consideration of development.The author of the thesis firstly introduces the basic hardware and construction of the current system,and proposes the needs of construction of application system.Based on construction needs,the author of the paper proposes the basic principles of construction and relevant performance indices requirements.2.The thesis proposes a plan of production management informatization technology design,through integration of data of the information system,it provides a comprehensive application platform covering full range from the bottom level of control to analysis optimization and management decision-making.By applying computer technologies,network communication technologies,modernized management technologies,and information technologies,realize a complicated big system through integration of the production procedures,unified management of production,office and archive management,while optimizing operation,deepening the informatization construction of Xiangjiang River Junction,combining the use of navigation,power supply,water release valve and fishery Road among other production data with management system,integrating the management process with control process,and form a platform that integrates all the information of the Junctions in Xiangjiang River.3.The thesis has developed a set of overall software system of production,producing comprehensive management system software that is based on web technology,uses B/S structure,the implementing party has been the first to realize the mode of developing factory in China,in accordance with the principle of recording each stage of documents,record design,coding,and testing process completely,stress the traceability afterwards.The software implementing side plan and control all the projects through the project management platform.
