In recent years,the demand of consumers for cultural and spiritual level is increasing day by day.As an important part of the cultural industry,the film and television industry,driven by the favorable policy and the market environment,has issued unlimited vitality.In addition,the penetration of external funds,the growth of industrial scale and the integration of the Internet have created a high growth trend in China's film and television market.In the new economic era,the operation mode of light assets came into being,and only by light loading can enterprises realize a qualitative leap.The light media has achieved good results in practice by using the light asset operation model,which proves that the model is suitable for the current economic development environment,and the Harvard analytical framework can From the strategic point of view to provide real and reliable advice and reference value for enterprises.Based on this,this paper analyzes and studies the light asset model of Enlight Media from the perspective of Harvard Analytical Framework,which is of great significance.Article firstly in this paper,the "Light asset" and "Harvard Analytical Framework" of research theory and related research achievements of scholars both at home and abroad,to carry on the literature review,and then discuss the concept and theoretical basis respectively,after the literature research and case research method,discusses the background and general situation of company,and describes the main characteristics of the company asset light mode,then the main body of the article is mainly through the analysis of the external environment combined with PEST model and SWOT model within the company internal environment analysis and study the development strategy of the company,through the analysis of the accounting project to identify and analyze the key accounting information quality level,The ratio analysis method is used to analyze the changes of Enlight Media's debt repayment,profitability,operation and development capacity between 2015 and 2019 horizontally and vertically.Then,the development status of the industry,opportunities and risks faced by the company are expounded and its future development prospects are predicted.Then based on the above analysis,we find out that the problems faced by the company are mainly due to the low barriers of light assets operation,which makes the company face the threat of alternatives,new entrants and competitors in the same industry,weak profitability and operating capacity,low debt ratios,low financing options put assets at risk and tight expansion strategies and industry policies putting huge pressure on performance,finally put forward corresponding Suggestions based on the above analysis and solving measures such as: Relying on the main advantages of diversified layout,focusing on core business and cultivating derivative business,supporting the investment sector to enhance the endogenous driving force,realizing precision investment to deepen the industrial chain structure,strengthening relevant business cooperation to expand scale effect,so as to optimize the construction of the whole industrial chain and improve the company's comprehensive competitive strength.In this paper,the Harvard Analytical Framework is used to analyze the operation efficiency of Enlight Media's asset light mode.Different from the traditional financial analysis,which only analyzes the changes of financial indicators in a narrow sense,this paper describes the structure and financial characteristics of the Enlight Media's asset light model,and from the strategic perspective,comprehensively evaluates the operating efficiency of enterprises,which can more fully reveal the advantages and disadvantages in the process of enterprise development,so as to better grasp the direction of financial development And characteristics,ultimately more effectively guide enterprises to development.
