A Study On The Application Of Harvard Analysis Framework In TW Software Enterprises

With the development of society and the improvement of people's living standards,the software industry has also begun to flourish,and the financial analysis of software companies has not kept up with the pace of industry development,to provide better guidance to enterprises.The software industry has the characteristics of rapid change of market demand and rapid product upgrading,so that enterprises adjust their product strategy in a timely manner to grasp the market dynamic ability requirements are higher.Financial analysis should provide a reference for management decision-making,if the enterprise has a scientific financial analysis system,management can through financial data to understand the management of enterprises in a deeper way,find the problems faced by enterprises,shorten the response time of enterprises to market changes.The characteristics of the software industry require that the financial analysis of software companies should stand at the height of enterprise strategy,provide services for enterprise management decision-making,and assist enterprises to grasp the changes in market demand in a timely manner,so that enterprises can design and produce products to meet the needs of consumers,in the fierce market competition to gain an active position.Through the understanding of the current situation of financial analysis methods,it is found that its financial analysis is only a brief trend analysis and ratio display of financial statement data,without paying attention to the impact of external environmental changes on the company,lack of analysis of the company's strategy,the results of the analysis failed to provide reference for management decisions and so on.It is believed that TW software companies need a more comprehensive analysis system to improve their current financial analysis methods.In this paper,the Harvard analysis framework is used to analyze the financial s.e.of TW Software Technology Services.The Harvard analysis framework consists of strategic analysis,accounting analysis,financial analysis and prospect analysis,which can overcome many disadvantages of traditional financial analysis methods.Through this analysis,we hope to provide TW software companies with more accurate analysis conclusions and new ideas forthe financial analysis of the software industry.The results show that the change of market demand makes enterprises need such a strategy-led analysis system,and the application of Harvard analysis framework to TW software and technical service companies can effectively make up for the shortcomings of its existing financial analysis system.
