Research On Project Evaluation Of Software Development Project Based On AHP-FCE

Since the 21 st century,the rapid evolution of the new generation of information technology such as big data and artificial intelligence has driven the continuous growth of software's contribution to the information industry.At present,the government in the policy to increase the software industry tilt,further encourage enterprises to carry out scientific and technological innovation activities,the software industry has shown a trend of accelerated development.At the same time,in the face of rapidly changing market conditions,the number of software development projects proposed by the project team is far beyond the capacity of enterprise resources.How to choose the best of several alternative software development projects has become an urgent problem for software enterprises.This thesis aims at using the basic theory of software project management and comprehensive evaluation to develop the system design of software development project evaluation.Combing with fishbone diagram analysis method and the influencing factors of enterprise software development project,on the basis of the evaluation index system of building project,and then analytic hierarchy process(ahp)is used to determine the index weight,and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to implement the related comprehensive evaluation of the project,in order to achieve a comprehensive screening evaluation index and reduce project evaluation subjective purpose.Research in R company as the object of empirical analysis,and selected case R company representative software development projects,with abstract the fishbone diagram-AHP and FCE mathematic model to solve R company in selecting a software development project investment decision problem,verified the rationality of the design of evaluation system and evaluate the effectiveness of the approach.The evaluation study on R company's software development project carried out in this thesis has certain reference significance for other software companies to implement project establishment evaluation,and is a method worth popularizing.
