| With the continuous development of China's financial undertakings,the implementation of electronic collection of non tax revenue is of great significance to deepen the reform of non tax revenue collection.It is obviously necessary to construct and develop the electronic platform of non tax revenue smoothly.In LC software company,how to develop a set of effective,scientific and reasonable salary scheme which can not only play the role of key talents,but also improve the enthusiasm of the whole staff is an important issue to ensure the smooth progress and implementation of the project.Based on the analysis and study of the basic theory of compensation,this paper studies the compensation scheme of the development project of the nontax platform,analyzes the current situation of the project salary scheme and summarizes the existing problems of the project salary scheme.Through the satisfaction questionnaire and interview survey,the scientific salary management concept is introduced,and a more optimized project salary scheme is designed according to the actual situation To further enhance the loyalty and sense of belonging of the project team members,improve the work efficiency,and lay a solid foundation for the smooth implementation of the project and the formulation of salary scheme in the development of similar projects in the future.Therefore,this paper first describes the basic introduction of the development project of the nontax platform and the comprehensive situation of the LC software company which develops the project,and introduces and analyzes the current project salary management scheme;secondly,it finds out the crux of the salary management scheme through the actual salary investigation,and analyzes its causes;then,it combines the scientific concept of project salary management with the actual situation of the project In the end,the paper emphasizes the continuous improvement process and scheme guarantee measures for the implementation of the project compensation scheme. |
