When we start the work of constructional in 2012, more and more arduous tasks must be handled.It not only means that the workload increases, but also means that the work is increasing difficulty and we may have more mistakes. So, how to use modern technology to enhance the management work and to reduce management costs become the most important problem to be solved urgently.This paper describes the design and implementation of the project management system. The project demands strict adherence to project management in the design process, from the beginning of the project feasibility analysis requirements, design,coding, testing. We describe a variety of software development process models and methods, then introduce the main advantages and disadvantages. Finally, we choose an appropriate model, depending on the application. We also discusses the direction of improvement and further research in the final project management system, provides a theoretical basis for improving the future of the system.
