Research On The Bank's Loan Project Evaluation And Decision Support System

As financial enterprises, the banks are faced with all kind of risks during their running. For being adapted to the trend of financial globalization and the wavy financial market, the banks all over the world pay more attention to managing and keeping the financial risks away, and improve the ability to survive and develop. With the development of China's reform and opening up policy, every realm of China such as society, economy and so on will keep pace with the developed country. After China's taking part in the WTO, all the trade will be affected deeply. However, the banks of China start to control the financial risks late, and the level is much lower than the international banks'. How to reduce the finance risk, especially the credit risk during the course of credit loan, has become the key factor to enhance the ability of China's banks to survive and develop.In this paper, according to the character of the China's banks and the process of loan project evaluation and decision, the bank's loan project evaluation and decision support system (PEDSS) is researched by using the last research of the decision support system. By the analysis of the whole system, the triangle structure of decision support system (DSS) is used; and based on it, the analysis and design of the database and model base are completed. After all of them are applied for the system's development, the bank's loan project evaluation and decision support system (PEDSS) is realized.
