Research On The Improvement Strategy Of J Company's Inventory Management Based On ERP

The electronic information industry has the characteristics of meticulous division of labor,high degree of refinement,relatively scattered supply of raw materials,and long product lines.Company J is a leading manufacturer of original optoelectronic displays in China,and its product line covers the entire panel industry chain.With the increasingly fierce competition and the volatility of market demand in the electronic information industry,Company J has encountered many problems in the inventory management process,such as inaccurate information,low inventory turnover,high inventory costs,and increased sluggish inventory.Inventory management has become a major and difficult problem in the operation and management of J company,which has an impact on the efficiency of the company to a large extent.This thesis researches the current situation of J company's inventory management by consulting supply chain management theory,ERP system theory and related applications.Combined with the actual situation of J company's inventory,it conducts a targeted analysis of the inventory management problems faced by J company Analyze the defects of J company's inventory management.Through the analysis of inventory turnover rate,inventory cost,procurement cycle,etc.,the necessity and effectiveness of the application of ERP system in inventory management related links are verified.In the aspects of supply chain inventory management,inventory management,inventory classification and inventory,relevant suggestions are put forward,and the use of ERP system in inventory management is improved.This article also proposes the inventory management mode under JIT,improves the existing inventory control methods,and cooperates with the "organization" in 5S management to achieve the purpose of optimizing inventory management on site,to solve the problems in inventory management,improve inventory management efficiency,accelerate inventory turnover rate and achieve the purpose of improving corporate efficiency.This research has a certain guiding role for J company's inventory management,and it also has a certain reference role for the inventory management of other photoelectric manufacturing enterprises.
