A Study Based On AHP-TOPSIS Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method Of Quality Assurance System Of Student CPC Members Development

CPC student members are the Party’s reserve army and reliable successors forChina’s communist course. Recruiting college students as Party members is to meetthe need of implementing the strategies of strengthening the country through humanresource development, as well as the need of cultivating qualified builders and reliablesuccessors for China’s socialist cause. Furthermore, the key to preserve the Party’svanguard nature and strengthen cohesion and competence of the Party is to improvingthe quality of CPC student member recruitment.This paper adopts AHP of multiple objective decisions and makes a quantitativeanalysis of evaluation index of Party member recruitment. By computing the weightof each index and transform the qualitative evaluation to quantitative evaluation, theeffect of subjective factors on this evaluation is reduced. The application of TOPSISis to sequence all the marks so as to reduce the influence of individual’sill-intentioned marking, which may affect the overall score.This article using the Laravel framework in PHP, a "top-down master plan,application development from the bottom up" strategy to develop a managementsystem of party activists training, the article mainly analyzed some basic functions ofthe system and components, including system requirements analysis, system structure,function module and database schema analysis, focusing on the realization of theactual development of the application are introduced.
