| With the progress of science and technology and the development of society,people's spiritual and cultural needs are becoming more and more rich and diverse.In order to protect the equality of public cultural services and improve the popularization of public cultural services,the state has launched the construction of "Internet + public cultural services",especially the construction of cultural cloud service platform,which can make full use of the convenience of Internet information circulation to obtain different levels of cultural needs of the public,so as to provide diversified public cultural services for people.After several years of development,the cultural cloud service platform still faces the problems of low utilization rate of cultural resources and too few audience groups.At present,there are few studies on the evaluation of cultural cloud service efficiency in China.It is necessary to establish a reasonable evaluation index system to measure the service efficiency of the cultural cloud and provide theoretical guidance and improvement suggestions for the further development.This paper uses data envelopment analysis method to evaluate the service efficiency of 18 cultural cloud wechat public accounts.Firstly,the concept of cultural cloud is defined,and the development status of cultural cloud is described from the aspects of overall situation,service content,operation mode;Then through the literature research method to build a preliminary evaluation index system,through the questionnaire survey method to modify the selected index,establish a more scientific and reasonable index system;At last,this paper selects 18 cultural cloud wechat public accounts as research samples,uses CCR model and BBC model to evaluate their service efficiency,and makes quantitative analysis on the input-output redundancy of cultural cloud service accounts,and gives countermeasures and suggestions to improve the service efficiency of the platform. |
