Research On Knowledge Exchange Efficiency Of Academic Virtual Community Based On DEA Method

The development of the Internet has provided people with a new communication platform.Various social platforms and software have made communication break through the limitations of time and space.For researchers,the online platform allows them to break through the traditional paper-based communication methods,access information and exchange academic issues through the Internet.The academic virtual community is the knowledge exchange of researchers as the main body of the user.platform.The efficiency of knowledge exchange among users in academic virtual communities affects the effect of user knowledge exchange and innovation.Therefore,measuring and analyzing the knowledge exchange efficiency of academic virtual communities plays an important role in discovering the shortcomings of academic virtual communities and promoting their further improvement.This paper selects the well-known academic virtual community in China,muchong.com,as the research object.From the forum,select 12 sections with high degree of specialization and large volume of communication as the data source of user knowledge exchange.By referring to the existing research results and the characteristics of reference virtual community communication,the number of users,the number of posts and the discussion time are set as input indicators,the number of views,the number of posts and the number of responsives are output indicators,and the input of academic virtual community knowledge exchange is established.The evaluation system is written,the crawler program is written to obtain and statistically exchange relevant data,and the data envelopment analysis method is used to calculate the technical efficiency,pure technical efficiency,scale efficiency and scale return change trend of the selected 12 sections in the muchong.com.The time period and subblocks are used to calculate and analyze the overall efficiency and block efficiency of knowledge exchange in the Xiaomuchong.com.At the same time,Deap2.1 software is used to calculate the Malmquist index of selected sectors,and the total factor change index,efficiency change index and technological progress of each block are counted.The index,from a dynamic perspective,analyzes the changes and influencing factors of the knowledge exchange efficiency of academic virtual communities.Finally,based on the empirical conclusions,combined with the input and output factors affecting the knowledge exchange efficiency of academic virtual communities,suggestions for promoting their development are proposed.
