Research On The Construction Of Evaluation Index System Of College Mobile Library Information Recommendation Service Quality

At present,the mobile library information recommendation service has become the most important direction and section of its information service,and gradually become the focus of people's increasing attention.At present,the existing literature and materials on mobile library information recommendation service mostly discuss how to improve its recommendation quality from the technical level from the aspects of its recommendation system,recommendation mode and algorithm,etc.,and few studies evaluate the mobile library information recommendation service received from the perspective of users.In view of this,in this paper,by investigating the real experience,combined with qualitative and quantitative analysis for the principle,to objectively evaluate the mobile library information recommendation service quality,so as to build a mobile library information recommendation service quality evaluation model,in order to understand the mobile library users for its real experience information recommendation service,make up for the shortage of the researches on the mobile library information recommendation service.Firstly,this paper uses the literature survey method to sort out the research status of mobile library information service and information recommendation service,and explains the relevant concepts and theories.Secondly,using the method of interview investigation users for mobile library information to recommend the real evaluation of service quality,and combined with the method of literature investigation,finally selected the evaluation elements such as supportive,comprehensiveness,frontier,and finally established 12 detailed evaluation indexes,so as to build a mobile library information recommendation service quality evaluation index system of the initial.Then,a questionnaire survey was conducted to verify and modify the rationality of the initial evaluation system.Using SPSS software analysis questionnaire data,using statistical analysis method to 12 evaluation index clustering for 4first-level indicators dimension,respectively information recommendation service availability,intelligent information recommendation service,information recommendation service reliability,information recommendation service superiority,using principal component analysis to determine the weight of each index corresponds,to correct and complete the final evaluation system.Finally,the author selects research samples of colleges and universities to conduct empirical analysis on the evaluation system of information recommendation service quality of university mobile library constructed in this paper,and collects real users' scoring data on the empirical research samples.The results show that the information recommendation service of the university mobile library has both advantages and disadvantages,and it is relatively perfect in the aspects of support,frontier and comprehensiveness,while it is insufficient in the aspects of individuation and interactivity.According to the research results,the author summarizes and puts forward the prospect.
