Research On The Evaluation Of Personalized Service Quality Of University Library

Modern information technologies such as digitalization,Internet and mobile communication have added new connotations to the personalized service of University libraries.Personal libraries and intelligent push have become new service contents.The evaluation of personalized service of university libraries should also keep pace with the times.After summarizing the previous evaluation models of library service quality,this paper divides university readers into undergraduate students,graduate students and teachers,and designs 18 evaluation index systems from three dimensions: service effect,information control and information exchange.This paper collects the evaluation data of three types of service objects by questionnaire survey,carries out visualization analysis of data according to 18 indicators,introduces artificial neural network and D-S evidence theory to process the data,and forms a general evaluation model,and uses this model to make an experimental analysis of personalized service in University libraries,which verifies the validity of the model.Finally,the problems of personalized service in University Libraries discovered in the study are summarized,and the corresponding improvement countermeasures are put forward.
