In the era of the Internet,the changes in the external competitive environment of enterprises have become new and new.The market competition among enterprises is not only manifested in the competition of the actual stock market,but also in the competition of the incremental market in response to the rapid changes in the external environment.Enhancing the knowledge management ability of employees plays a vital leading role in the future market development prospects and competitive situation of the enterprise,and is the continuous guarantee for the enterprise to achieve core competitiveness in the incremental market.The setting of the unique functions of enterprise social media just happens to couple the urgent demands of enterprises to improve their knowledge management ability.From the most basic functions,online communication opportunities extend the network communication space between employees within the organization,and expand the open and diverse channels for employees to obtain job-related information,which will undoubtedly increase the total amount of employees' job information.If employees can extract work-related information from the company and combine their own actual characteristics,they can promote the personal knowledge management ability.The real question that needs further exploration is: What is the specific impact mechanism between the use of enterprise social media and personal knowledge management capabilities? This became the main purpose of this study.Based on the existing theoretical research literature,this paper further discovers that the use of social media by employees can be further divided into work-related use and social-related use.The two types of employees' use of enterprise social media are influenced by Employees have specific roles in the acquisition of individual bridging social capital and combined social capital.To this end,this paper explores the correlation between enterprise social media use and individual social capital,the correlation between individual social capital and personal knowledge management capabilities,the correlation between enterprise social media use and personal knowledge management capabilities,and The mediating role of individual social capital in the two puts forward relevant theoretical research hypotheses and constructs relevant theoretical research models.Through further questionnaire design,collection and data analysis,the results showthat the two dimensions of enterprise social media,namely work-related use and social-related use,can combine social capital and bridging society with two dimensions of individual social capital.Capital has a significant positive impact,but work-related use can have a significant positive impact on knowledge acquisition and knowledge application in individual knowledge management,and the impact on knowledge transfer has not received support.At the same time,socially relevant use can have a significant impact on the knowledge transfer and application of personal knowledge management capabilities,and the impact on knowledge acquisition is not supported.In addition,the data show that the two dimensions of individual social capital,that is,combined social capital and bridging social capital,can have a significant positive impact on knowledge acquisition,knowledge transformation and knowledge application in the three dimensions of personal management ability.At the same time,the intermediary role of individual social capital in the use of corporate social media and personal knowledge management capabilities is also supported by data.Finally,based on the above research results,this paper puts forward some related suggestions.For enterprises,it is recommended to construct a flat and open enterprise organizational structure and culture,improve the employee incentive mechanism and training system,update management ideas in real time,and establish a enterprise social media technology platform;For individual employees,it is recommended to consciously use corporate social media and focus on self-skills.
