Research On The Evaluation Of Knowledge Management Ability Of Think Tanks In Colleges And Universities

Today,the process of globalization is deepening.As an intelligent power to offer advice and suggestions,the think tank plays an important role in serving the public and the society,assisting the government in governing the country,and enhancing the country's international influence.An important branch of the think tank,the university think tank,has the dual task of talent cultivation and knowledge output,with its unique institutional nature,strong academic background,and high-quality teacher team.In the era of knowledge economy,knowledge has already become a kind of strategic resources.Scientific and effective management of knowledge resources can fully increase the utilization rate of knowledge resources and maximize the intrinsic value of knowledge,so that the organization can have core competitiveness and grasp the time.In recent years,although the research of university think tank is very hot,the perspective of people's research is mostly about the result of the external service of the think tank.While the university think tank provides policy consultation and decision-making references,they often neglect their own management of knowledge resources.Only systematic analysis and reasonable evaluation of the knowledge management capabilities of the university think tanks can recognize the level of acquisition,application,and sharing of knowledge in order to enhance their knowledge innovation capabilities and provide the high quality knowledge production to their service objects.The research of this paper mainly includes the following several parts: Firstly,it reviews and summarizes some relevant research results at home and abroad,and comb the theories of knowledge management and university think tanks,according to previous scholars' research,an index set of knowledge management capabilities of university think tanks was proposed.Secondly,FAHP was used to conduct questionnaire surveys among experts,and the weight values of the evaluation indicators at various levels were calculated according to the results of the questionnaire,thus establishes the index system of knowledge management ability evaluation of the university think tank,and constructs the evaluation model.Finally,Heilongjiang Provincial Cultural Development Strategy Research Center is selected as the evaluation object,according to its actual situation,its knowledge management capability is evaluated,and the evaluation results were analyzed to find the weak links in the knowledge management activities of the university think tank,then specific suggestions for improvement were put forward.
