Research On The Influencing Factors Of Epidemic Information Behavior Of The Inhabitants In Urban Community

At the beginning of 2020,a new crown epidemic broke out in my country.Up to now,my country's new crown epidemic has experienced continuous changes of initial-outbreak-control-local outbreak-spread-control-control.The new crown pneumonia epidemic has become one of the most representative public health emergencies in human history.During the epidemic,people were quarantined at home,and the frequency and duration of using community and social media to obtain epidemic information increased.The function of social media as an information search tool was enlarged.For example,many platforms such as the Internet,official accounts,self-media,short video platforms,etc.Providing epidemic information,along with changes in the degree of epidemic prevention and control such as the early stage,high incidence,and decline of the epidemic,will lead to differences in people's epidemic information search behaviors,which provides an opportunity to explore the epidemic information search behavior of urban community populations.This article uses the literature analysis method to comb the existing information search related literature,summarizes the influencing factors mentioned in the literature,and proposes the personal epidemic information knowledge ability from the three aspects of knowledge skills,environment,and policy information through the interview method.,Personal epidemic information search ability,epidemic area,community management atmosphere,and policy information needs are five influencing factors.A model of influencing factors of epidemic information search behavior is constructed,hypotheses are proposed,and questionnaires are designed based on the components of the model.Using the questionnaire survey method,select urban community population as the survey object and collect data.Then use Spss software and statistical methods to analyze the characteristics of the epidemic information behavior of the urban community population and analyze the influencing factors of the epidemic information search behavior of the urban community population.The research results show that the four influencing factors of personal epidemic information knowledge ability,personal epidemic information search ability,community management atmosphere and policy information demand have a positive and significant impact on the epidemic information search behavior of urban community population,while the epidemic area does not significantly affect the epidemic situation Information search behavior.Based on the research results,this article proposes several optimization strategies to promote the epidemic information search behavior of urban community population.
