The development and popularity of the Internet has brought transformative changes to daily social interaction.More and more people are accustomed to relying on mobile smart devices to obtain and exchange information,and with the expansion of the scale of highly educated users,the requirements for the efficiency and quality of information acquisition have also increased significantly.The socialized Q & A community was born in a timely manner.Its dual attributes of knowledge and sociality meet the user's requirements and needs for information and are deeply loved by users.But there are still situations where you just browse without actual content contribution and social building.And the rapid development of the Internet is accompanied by the characteristics of information fragmentation and time fragmentation,which will indirectly affect users' information behavior in the community from the aspect of emotional experience.On the one hand,how to understand the emotional reasons behind user information behaviors and provide solutions to them has become one of the key issues that academics are currently paying attention to.However,there have been no systematic results from existing research.Research is an urgent problem in the academic community.On the other hand,the website values traffic,and the community pays attention to value,sedimentation,and not the participation of the whole people.In order to attract more user groups to participate and retain users,and to promote a more active atmosphere of community knowledge activities,this requires community operators to be aware of the degree and manner of the impact of platform user emotions on their different information behaviors,which directly affects community operations.result.In addition,the information behavior-emotional research of users in the social Q & A community is also a response to the country's call for "research on emotional experience in information behavior," which has practical theoretical and practical significance.This article reviews the relevant theories of the social Q & A community,user information behavior,and user sentiment,combined with the current research facts and the urgent problems in the Q & A community,and selects the benchmark of China's social Q & A community-Zhihu registered users,Representative and universal.The PAD(PleasureArousal-Dominance)emotion model and the SOR(Stimulus-Organism-Response)theory integration model are used as the research framework to study its impact on user information behavior from the three dimensions of user pleasure,activation and advantage.At the same time,the user 's attitude and willingness are used as intermediate variables to construct a theoretical model of ?emotion-attitude and willingness-behavior?.Based on the review of the literature and combining with the theoretical model,the research hypothesis is proposed,and the questionnaire on the subject is designed and distributed.Finally,448 valid samples were recovered,and statistical sample data was analyzed using SPSS and AMOS software.Then,a structural equation model was constructed to test whether the model and research hypothesis were true.The research results of this paper show that the user's pleasure and activation in the stimulating factors will affect the user's attitude and willingness in the body factors,thus indirectly affecting the user's information query behavior,information selection behavior and information interaction behavior effect.The degree of dominance has no significant effect on the user's attitude and willingness,so the degree of dominance is not a decisive factor influencing the user's information behavior.Finally,based on the research conclusions of this paper,we provide feasibility suggestions for the operation of the social question-andanswer platform in order to promote the sustainable development of the community and point out the problems in the research.
