With the rapid development of machine vision technology,the application of CMOS image sensor and image acquisition system becomes more and more important.At present,CMOS image sensors are developing towards high resolution,high frame rate and high dynamic range.Among them,the high dynamic range image synthesizes multiple image information with different exposure time into a high dynamic image by algorithm,so that the acquired image can retain more detail information,so the research on high dynamic range image acquisition has very important practical significance.In this paper,FPGA chip is used as the core controller to send timing control signal to CMOS image sensor to control its working state,and is responsible for receiving image data from image sensor.The DDR3 SDRAM data memory is used to cache the image data of the image sensor,The USB3.0 interface and transmission control chip are used to transmit the image data to the host computer.Finally,the high and low gain image data are processed by MATLAB software and synthesized into high dynamic image.In the hardware design of the image acquisition system,GSENSE5130 high dynamic image sensor is used as the front-end device of the acquisition system,XC7A100 T FPGA chip of Artix-7 series is used as the main controller of the acquisition system,FT600 Q chip of FTDI company is used as the data transmission chip of USB3.0,DC/DC and LDO power chips are used to complete the power module construction of the acquisition system.In the program design part of the acquisition system,FPGA controller is used to send the control sequence to G5130 image sensor,and the received image data is corrected.At the same time,the image data is cached in DDR3 through MIG controller,and finally the image data transmission is completed with FT600 Q control chip through USB3.0 interface.Finally,the obtained image data shows that the high dynamic image data acquisition system built in this paper can obtain the high and low gain image data of high dynamic CMOS image sensor,and synthesize them into high dynamic images with more detailed information.
