As a complex intelligent product of human-computer interaction,robot cleaner has solved the problem of ground cleaning through technology and improved the cleaning efficiency.In the process of robot cleaner product design,however,technicians follow the physical logic of robot cleaner performing tasks,which can not match the behavioral logic of users performing cleaning tasks,do not meet the cleaning habits of users,and can not meet the cleaning needs of users in multi-scenario,resulting in poor use experience.Therefore,to design a robot cleaner operation interface that meets users'usage habits and multi-scenario usage requirements and to build a set of experience design research methods that meet the development requirements of the enterprise is very important and has become an urgent problem to be solved.By virtue of the literature research,it summarizes the theories and research methods of user behavior and user experience design of robot cleaner,points out that the existing research methods of user experience design cannot meet the needs of today's robot cleaner interface design,and introduces the theory of behavior science into the design of robot cleaner interface experience to meet the needs of users.Firstly,by means of the household survey,the user's life style,family clean environment and user's use scenario are analyzed to explore the user's cleaning concept and demand under the family scenario.Then,on the premise of product testing,quantitative analysis of the user's operation behavior of the task has been carried out.Combined with the seven stages of conscious action proposed by Donald Norman,it analyzes the user's cognitive behavior and usage behavior of the robot cleaner,finds the "gap"between the user behavior and the product conceptual model,obtains the user's pain points,and combines the scene analysis to build the user behavior map.Finally,it obtains user pain points and summarize user needs according to the behavior data analysis of target users.Based on the conclusions of user behavior research,the strategies,principles and design models of the robot cleaner's interface experience design are proposed,and the effectiveness of the research method is proved through the practice of the robot cleaner project.This paper introduces the relevant theories of behavior science into the research on the experience design of robot cleaner.It combines life styles research,behavior scene research and usage behavior research,summarize user behavior characteristics and obtain user needs.In terms of research methods,the moving line analysis method of building space design and the analysis method of the marketing AIO user lifestyle are introduced into the qualitative analysis for the user behaviors in household scenes of robot cleaner;the household survey and product test method are used to realize the omni-directional and multi-angle user evaluation on the robot cleaner;finally,a strategy and method for user experience design of robot cleaner interface experience are proposed.The significance of the research in this paper is that the design methods and strategies constructed provide a reference for the experience design practice of robot cleaner and other cleaning smart home products,support for enterprises to output products with market competitiveness.This research is not only an expansion of the behavioral science theory in the field of experience design research,but also enriches the user experience design method system of clean smart home products.
