In the field of industry and research, product design and development staff and researchers are increasingly put more emphasis on user experience research, regard the user experience as a top priority of the success of product design, user experience research has been transformed into a very popular vocabulary. With the development of electronic technology and the popularity of the network, network are more closely related to people’s daily life, school, friends and other activities, over the past decade, companies pay more attention to the interaction between user and network products and the use of user experience, especially the site of interaction and experience research and development is more rapid. However, the object of many research areas of user experience are more for young people, the user experience of the older age groups has been neglected, with the development of an aging population, the proportion of the elderly population is also growing, older age groups is bound to become an important goal of future experience studies, and the unique psychological characteristics physical and social characteristics of the older age groups, such as learning ability, psychological and physiological characteristics has a large part affect on their use of the product experience, so the demand for the product of experience is different from the younger age groups.In order to improve the range of user experience research, the positioning of the main contents of this paper is to study online behavior of older age groups. Theory of User Experience, combined with user behavior analysis and user research methods to identify network characteristics and behavior and motivation factors impact the use of network products for of older age groups, the summary and analysis of the elderly use the Internet contacts a variety of psychological and physiological problems. Finally, by analyzing the experimental results obtained product design principles designed for the older age groups, to enable the elderly to use the process to get a good user experience.The paper is divided into four parts:the first part of the first chapter is the introduction part, which related to the basis of this paper presents research content and innovation; the content and methods of the second part of the main users of research and analysis of user behavior and describes the user The third part of the relationship among experience, user research and design; thank the research implementation and data collection and analysis methods, and the last-mentioned precautions in this study; the fourth part Excel statistical analysis and chi-square test, analysis of data; the last part of the article, conclusions and follow-up study, and proposed the inadequacies of the article.
