Research On The Compensation Of Short Video News To TV News

In recent years,with the accelerating pace of media convergence,major media have developed short video news through wechat,microblog,client and other means.Short video news has not only become an important platform for major media transformation and breakthrough,but also become one of the important channels for people to obtain news information.In sharp contrast to this is the TV news,due to the reduction of power on rate,the number of people watching TV news is also decreasing.Based on this,this paper takes the short video news of CCTV news in new media as the research object,takes Paul Levinson's remedial medium as the framework,and uses content analysis,comparative analysis and other research methods to reveal the compensation of short video news for TV news.Through the analysis of the characteristics of short video news,it is found that short video news has the same value choice,video presentation and communication purpose as TV news,but in terms of their differences,short video news reflects the compensation for TV news,which is reflected in the functionality and feedback.Functional compensation is mainly manifested in timeliness,amount of information,young user groups,reading forms and reading time and space;feedback compensation is manifested in interaction,which is divided into four aspects: comments,sharing,praise and participation topics.In addition,in the process of compensating TV news,short video news has the problems of homogenization and patterning,but these problems can be effectively avoided.At the end of this paper,the author analyzes the trend of short video news compensation for TV news.Hope that through the study of this paper,we can provide a new idea for the integration of TV news and short video news.
