In recent years,the manufacturing industry has been developing faster and faster,and there are more and more oem factories in the manufacturing industry.The increasing number of factories makes the competition pressure on the oem more and more intense.In order to be able to make profits,the OEM factories,some contract factories choose to lower their quotations to get more orders,but the way of lowering quotations will undoubtedly make the contract factories less profitable.So how can the contract factories ensure profitability based on lower quotations,this paper mainly introduces the problems faced by OEM in manufacturing industry at present,and then looks for the countermeasures to solve the problems,in order to improve the problems and reduce the internal costs to ensure profitability.Taking company F as the research object,this paper analyzes it,then looks for the internal influence cost problems of company F and finds the methods to improve the internal problems,so that the internal process optimization of company F can achieve the goal of reducing the cost,for the long-term growth of company F.Based on the analysis of relevant documents at home and abroad,the optimization of the production process and the improvement of lean production,the paper finds out the methods suitable for F company's improvement,and then applies the method of scheme to the actual case of F company,achieve the goal of reducing the internal cost of F company.Firstly,use the line balance method to analyze and find the problem of the production line of F company,then use the brainstorming and fishbone diagram to find the root cause of the problem,finally,the methods in lean production such as ECRS can improve the flow.Finally achieve optimize F company internal process,improve F company cost.The line balance rate increased from 91% to 95%,and the scrap of materials improved from human error to human error disappeared.The research of this paper makes F Company reduce production costs,improve corporate profits and ensure corporate profits through internal process improvement.At the same time,the research of this paper provides reference for foundry industry,process optimization and lean production management of other foundries,which can make other enterprises improve their competitive advantages and face increasingly fierce market competition.
