March 5,2015,Premier Li Keqiang in the "Government Work Report" proposed "Made in China 2025" plan,put forward a comprehensive plan to promote and implement the strategy of manufacturing power.Intelligent manufacturing engineering,as one of the five major projects of the whole planning,calls for promoting the digitization,networking and intelligence of the production process,building smart factories and digital factories in key areas,and transforming our country from manufacturing power to manufacturing powerhouse.The design and simulation method of a mobile robot packaging production line based on the digital factory simulation technology in this paper realizes the digital simulation and intelligent production of the production process.It can help the production enterprise to evaluate the production line ahead of time and shorten the research and development Cycle and cost reduction purposes.Based on the Petri net model,the performance of the production line is analyzed and the resource spillover and lock-up can not be found in the process of the production line.The production line resource allocation and overall layout are reasonable,Production process arrangements appropriate to meet production needs.A 3D model of a mobile robot packaging production line is set up in the digital simulation environment.Based on the study of the various functions of the production line,the key assembly part of the production line in this paper is produced by ABB high-speed robot IRB 360,and the trajectory planning and programming control of the robot are realized to realize the intelligent production process.In addition,the infrared scanning equipment arranged in the production line can track the movement of products,realize the production process of information collection,to achieve the purpose of remote management and networking.In the storage part,the use of automated storage to achieve the three-dimensional automatic warehousing of goods and a library operation,greatly improving the production efficiency.Finally,the digital simulation function of the digital factory simulation software is used to validate the actual production.Based on the digital research methods such as dynamic simulation,data statistic and chart analysis,we can find out the bottleneck of production efficiency and improve the balance rate of the production line so as to improve the production efficiency of the production line.
