Research On Ontology Construction And Application Based On Emergencies

These years,The frequent occurrence of all kinds of emergencies in China poses a great threat to China's social stability and steady economic development.The unexpected events have the characteristics of sudden initiation,clear purpose,instant gathering,destructive behavior and unbalanced state,which will cause immeasurable losses to the country and society once they occur.However,at present,China's response to emergencies mainly depends on pre-established emergency plans,monitoring and early warning mechanisms,etc.However,from the implementation results of these schemes,there are still great problems in data information processing and professional knowledge sharing and reuse.In this case,how to make effective decisions and prevent and control emergencies becomes very important.Ontology is used to represent a collection of basic concepts and terms in a specific field,and can further expand the collection according to the relationship between basic concepts and terms.Besides the basic terms with specific meanings,there are other concepts inferred from those basic terms in ontology,which is a clear summary or expression of a certain system field.Because ontology itself has its own expression,which is different from other symbol layers,it is the basic structure of information sharing and knowledge sharing among different knowledge bases.Ontology can not only represent the general knowledge with high abstract level at the top level in the knowledge base,but also represent the specific knowledge in professional fields.Based on this,this article COVID-19 outbreak incidents,for example,through the standardization of language description,using seven steps of ontology construction,constructing the ontology model based on emergency,and through the effective method to evaluate the applicability of the ontology model was and application analysis,in order to respond to emergencies emergency management level in China and public governance.Therefore,this paper studies and analyzes the ontology model construction based on emergencies,hoping to build an ontology knowledge model in the field of emergencies and effectively improve the query efficiency of emergency information data.The article mainly focuses on the following aspects:(1)Collect and sort out the relevant information in the field of epidemic situation in COVID-19 in detail;(2)Analyze the characteristics and specific development stages of emergencies;(3)According to the seven-step method,list the main processes of ontology construction of COVID-19 epidemic emergencies;(4)Visualize with protégé ontology editor;(5)Evaluate the rationality of ontology by qualitative evaluation and Onto QA quantitative evaluation.
