Web2.0is characterized by user-centered, and it makes a wide range ofdevelopment to folksonomy. As its implementation, social tagging system has becomeessential in social contacts, entertainment and shopping for users. Due to the limitationsof folksonomy, it leads to the problems of semantic ambiguity and non-hierarchicalstructure when users add tags, which makes the system difficult to take full advantage ofand organize web resources. Ontology is an effective knowledge organization tools thatcan describe the concept of information resources and the semantic relationshipsbetween them in a precise form. Adding ontology into social tagging systems caneffectively achieve the specification concept of tags, so as to form an orderlyorganization of web resource.This paper firstly analyzes the feasibility of binding folksonomy with ontology fromtwo aspects, the semantic relationships among tags and the participation of users. Andthen the paper describes the construction principles of ontology and the constructingmethods which are used in different kind of areas. In addition, a detailed study ofconstructing method using in tag ontology construction is completed. On this basis, thepaper puts forward a management mode for tag ontology which is used by collaborativeusers. In this mode, users can participate in the process of constructing and managing oftag ontology.Current information service mode requires not only to solve the problems of userinteraction with the system, and more importantly, to achieve interaction between theuser and the user. After studying on the research about interactive information service,this paper presents an interactive information service model based on the construction oflabel ontology. From the perspective of the integration of information resources, themodel realizes the integration and storage of user data, resource data and tag data intagging system, and uses the tag ontology to build a norm for application of tag data.From the perspective of the integration of user requirements, the model proposed a user participation mode for tag ontology construction and maintenance which is mentionedabove, in order to improve the level of user participation. From the perspective of theintegration of service innovative, the model not only achieves personalized services fortag search and resource recommendation, but also enables users acquire cloud serviceswhen crossing tag systems. All of these make the information among users could be fullyshared and used, so as to achieve the knowledge innovation.After the study on theory and model, this paper uses the website Douban Read asinstance analysis of tag ontology construction. The experiment achieves ontology’svisualization and its expecting situations. And finally the paper proposes some serviceoptimization recommendations to the social tagging systems.
