Study Of Ontology And Realization For Emergency Coordination Model

The basic ontology theory is lucubrated. On the basis of experimentation it proposed to the idea of applying domain ontology to construct emergency coordination model. It is a subject that the new concepts are applied to emergency domain practice tentatively. At present there is not only lack of mature flow, method and standard criterion but also lack of the successful instance of emergency application. The subject research is considered to have definite depth in theory and difficulty in engineering implementation for the project, but it has very important significance on the engineering for emergency event cooperating management.It is studied to applications of ontology mutuality technology in emergency domain by organizing ontology knowledge, description and constructing emergency coordination model. Based on the analysis and comparison of evolvement and fruit in research, it proposed to emergency coordination model based on ontology and researched on the realization of engineering. There are a few points for all of the research works as follow:①Based on review of domestic and overseas ontology system, it explored that ontology theory, constructing method, description language and constructing tool.②It researched to math definition, ontology model and constructing meta language.③The experimentation investigation of constructing ontology model on emergency domain includes: the experimentation investigation of constructing ontology model on emergency domain with general tool, ontology modeling research based on the description with nature language, the comparison research between the method of constructing emergency domain ontology and the one of constructing general ontology.④Based on ontology constructing tool of UML, it described to ontology of emergency coordination system with ontology description method, and proposed the method of ontology modeling method based on RRUP in virtue of model legend of UML.
