Today,thanks to the maturity and innovation of embedded technology,products based on embedded platforms continue to penetrate into people's lives and play a pivotal role in all areas of society,while the development of data acquisition systems based on embedded platforms is One of the frontier directions of embedded development.Data acquisition systems are commonly used in industrial production,scientific and technological research and other fields.According to different applications,the types of acquisition signals and system functions are also slightly different.In this paper,a multi-channel data acquisition system combined with the laboratory sensor platform is designed for the laboratory environment of our school,which can realize real-time monitoring,collection,display,and data storage of the DC signal output by the sensor platform or electronic equipment and indoor environment information.And other functions.The overall design of this article is mainly divided into four parts,the specific content is as follows:(1)For the design of the data acquisition card,the LQFP144 packaged STM32F103ZET6 microcontroller is selected as the main control chip,and the signal attenuation circuit,buffer circuit,and filter circuit are designed based on this chip to complete 4 channels of 0?10V single-ended input voltage and 4 channels of 0 ?15V differential input voltage,4 channels of 0?1.5A current,two channels of sensor signal acquisition and multiple channels of data sent to the host computer through USB to serial port and Bluetooth.(2)Software program design,hardware configuration through STM32 Cube MX,and the generated initialization code through Keil5 platform to debug the code and write task functions.The function functions include A/D conversion,data average filtering,data restoration,data splitting,data transmission,etc.,to ensure the real-time and accuracy of communication between upper and lower computers.(3)The design of the upper computer software.The software part of the system is realized by G language in the Labview environment.The main functions include user login,data reception,data processing,data waveform display,data storage and other functions.The data is stored in the Access database for subsequent follow-up data analysis.(4)Finally,a comprehensive test was carried out,from the design of the hardware,the writing of the software program to the design of the upper computer analysis system to verify the reliability of the system,the data collected without packet loss,the signal can be collected and measured in real time and It has a good human-computer interaction interface,small system error,and can achieve the expected design requirements.
