This issue is completed on the rotor test tower of China Helicopter Design Institute, rotor test tower is an important experimental research and verification special equipment in development of the helicopter rotor. Rotor test is defined as test of hovering flight state and the small periodic variable pitch state under the absence of land-effect state, including the rotor performance test, rotating dynamic characteristics test, damping technology test, flow-field test, noise test. Rotor test play an irreplaceable role in the development process of helicopter rotor, provides important means of design, research, and authentication for the rotor system, it can shorten the development cycle model, reduce the technical risk and manufacturing cost. This subject with data acquisition and processing technology of rotor test as a research background, carried out the following work:Analyzed the traditional data acquisition and processing system, and in accordance with the requirements of modern testing system, combined with advanced network technology, database technology and virtual instrument technology,designed a new type of rotor test data acquisition and processing system. Overcome the shortcomings of the original data acquisition and processing system, such as unable remote network monitoring,poor of the universal and portability and less of data processing functions. The system consists of three modules: data acquisition module, data processing module and data transmission modules.Data acquisition module mainly through control PCI multifunction cards for real-time sampling of data generated by rotor test tower, through the computer show the waveform, save data, monitor data changes, provide sound and light alarm when the data exceeded the threshold of set. Data processing module provides a wealth of data processing functions, both can analysis and processing of data while data acquisition, but also can follow-up analysis and process the data saved in the form of files after rotor test. This module integrates data playback, digital filtering, time-domain analysis, frequency domain analysis, histogram analysis, autocorrelation analysis. Staff also will be in accordance with the work needs of printing or placing data to the database for future retrieval enquiries. Data transmission module use strong network of communication function of virtual instruments to realize dynamic data transmission, through the network the staff can receive real-time data and control the data acquisition, in order to achieve the system of remote monitoring.In order to verify the practical feasibility of this system, conducted a measurement test of rotor balance 6 NEXO component. Use this system to acquire and process the data form the force sensor on rotor balance, calculated the size of rotor balance rally. The test showed this system has stable performance, friendly of man-machine interface, high measurement accuracy, provide an accurate and effective measurement methods for the load generated by rotor.
