The reform of National Culture Department and Tourism Organization has been completed successfully.Shandong Library,as a public cultural organization,is the inevitable choice of the times and the trend of library development.Deeply excavating the cultural resources of Shandong Provincial Library and integrating them into tourism,exploring the practical methods and more possibilities of deep integration with tourism,it can not only better satisfy the people's growing yearning for excellent culture and high-quality tourism,but also promote the high-quality development of tourism and realize the high-efficiency dissemination of culture.Based on the core idea of “the combination of literature and Travel”,by means of symbiosis theory,coupling effect theory,embedding theory,literature review,case analysis and questionnaire survey,this paper analyzes and summarizes the theoretical research and achievements on the integration of literature and tourism in public libraries abroad and at home,this paper analyzes and summarizes the innovative development modes of foreign and domestic public libraries,such as “library + scenic spot”,“library research trip”,“library + N” etc.This paper briefly expounds the feasibility,necessity,present situation and advantages of the integrated development of library and tourism in Shandong Province.With the help of Spss19.0 data software,this paper analyzes and evaluates the tourism attraction of Shandong Provincial Library in cultural tourism,the value and form of the objective cultural resources of the libraries in Shandong Province are various,and the innovative and experiential cultural activities are attractive.The public has a good subjective perception and evaluation of their cultural tourism services,however,there are also some problems such as the difficulty of product shaping marketing and the immature development in the market of cultural tourism.In-depth thinking and analysis from the perspective of problems,in the management and operation,the development path,the brand and the marketing construction aspect proposed coordinated benefit related main body and enhances the service efficiency,consummates the related mechanism and strengthens the personnel training work,launches the cultural tour series experience activity,designs “The library + the scenic spot”the traveling culture route,carries forward the traditional culture as the theme research study tourism,strengthens the traveling culture product production and the marketing development strategy.
