In recent years,more and more enterprises break the original industrial boundaries through cross industry,cross organization and other forms to carry out business integration and mode innovation,aiming to provide users with multi-dimensional,high-quality,highvalue services.Crossover services emerge as the times require,and crossover integration is receiving more and more attention.The process convergence of crossover services refers to how to quickly integrate the original process models from different domains to meet the needs of crossover services.In the traditional modern service industry,business process integration is mostly through process fragment decomposition,process structure reconstruction and other methods,such as merging,inserting and replacing operations,so as to solve the reuse problem in the version management of business process model.The integration of crossover services is a process of breaking domain barriers between process models in different fields.It is necessary to consider the impact and relationship between process models and ecological units(roles,values,goals,etc.)in crossover service scenarios,and coordinate the goals of crossover service integration among different roles(stakeholders,etc.)or solve the potential conflicts between them.In order to solve the above problems,this paper proposes two methods: population based crossover service process convergence method and community based crossover service process convergence method.Among them,the population type of crossover service process convergence method is derived from the combination of main services to other fields.This method realizes the business process configuration and obtains the integration results by analyzing the variability of BPMN business process model and goal model.Finally,the consistency test based on Pi calculus is performed to verify the correctness of the convergence results,and a real case is used to prove the effectiveness of the method.Aiming at the scenario of horizontal aggregation of multi-domain services,this paper proposes a community based crossover service process convergence method.Based on the process model division by message flows,this method defines the convergence rules and corresponding convergence operations to realize the horizontal aggregation of business process models.Finally,the compression ratio and sequentiality of process convergence are compared with the existing process-merging methods,which proves the feasibility and effectiveness of the method in the crossover service convergence scenario.It can initially solve the problems of complexity and blindness in crossover scenarios,assist the design process and improve the design efficiency of crossover service process convergence.
