| The 360-degree video news Narrative research based on the“Storytelling”kernel is the innovation and development of the traditional news Narrative research under the“ Decentralized ” Narrative environment.With the wide application of panorama technology in the field of news communication,the news industry has generally accepted the 360-degree video news as a brand-new news form and regarded it as one of the future development trends of news.At present,the 360-degree video news on the mainstream media platforms at home and abroad is huge in quantity and jumbled in display,which causes great inconvenience to the news screening of the audience,the topic selection of the news practitioner and the narrative research of the scholars.At the same time,360-degree panoramic technology makes 360-degree video have a radical change in the narrative level:the central position of the communicator has been broken,and the audience has become the core narrative element in the “Decentralized”environment,the construction techniques of narrative text and discourse have new connotations with the entrance of human beings,which challenge the traditional narrative;The characteristics of “ Experience ” and“Interaction”brought by 360-degree technology not only subvert the narrative orientation of traditional news “ Presenting the truth ”,but also verify that the construction of immersion is not only influenced by “Technological immersion”,it is also related to the narrative immersion(including: Time,space,cognition and emotion immersion),which provides a theoretical space for the research of narrative reconstruction.In this context,this paper will be based on “Storytelling”to study the narrative value of 360-degree video news,and strive to explore the relationship between narrative language language,storytelling and immersive experience.The research problems of this paper are mainly divided into the following three aspects: First,what are the main themes,themes and types of 360-degree video news;second,what are the special functions of the narrative features and audio-visual language of 360-degree video news;third,how to embody storytelling in 360-degree video and how it affects narrative guidance.According to the research problems,the author first adopted the textual analysis method to encode and analyze 717 news videos from NVTVR,RT360,CCTV VR channel and WITHIN platform,and classified their themes and types according to the subject classification standards of authoritative news websites;Secondly,based on the theory of news narratology,the author used the method of textual analysis to study the narrative characteristics of 360-degree video,including four aspects of narrative: sequence,structure,situation and language;Finally,from the perspective of post classic narratology,the author took typical video cases as the research object,and studied 360-degree video news orientation around audience,the narrative core position.It is found that there are 9 main themes and 20 core themes in 360-degree video news.360-degree video news takes fragmented scenes as narrative sequence,and its non-linear narrative structure also subverts the tradition.The most special point is that character's action has become one of the visual elements that affect narrative immersion.In the narrative direction,360 degree video news focuses on the audience storytelling,and the experience is the main part in the text and the narrative subject.Its audio-visual elements make up for the limitations of interactive technology at current stage and create an immersive environment to experience the reality of news.Based on the research findings,this paper also put forward some suggestions for the future research of 360 degree video news.Finally,the author also discussed and reflected on the shortcomings of the research. |
