A Study On The Willingness To Continue Using Electronic Resources Of University Library Users

With the development of digital construction in university libraries,electronic resources have gradually become an important part in the literature composition system of university libraries.Attention has been paid to the construction of electronic resources in colleges and universities.With the construction of literature information resources,the improvement of library staff's service level and technical equipment,users still have many problems in using electronic resources.At present,the research on users' use behavior of electronic resources is limited,so this paper summarizes the factors that influence users' use of electronic resources,and makes an empirical study on these factors in order to provide suggestions and countermeasures for the construction and service of university libraries in China.In this paper,a large number of research results at home and abroad are absorbed,and literature research is summarized from three aspects: user behavior of university library,construction and composition of electronic resources,and users' willingness to use electronic resources in university library.Related concepts and characteristics are discussed,and related research models and their advantages and disadvantages are discussed,so as to make theoretical preparations for determining research methods.In this paper,after choosing the model and research method,the UTAUT is determined,and four factors,performance expectation,effort expectation,social situation and promotion conditions,are redefined.Besides,custom factors are additionally set up.According to the characteristics of university library users,users' gender and user types are taken as control variables,and a model of university library users' willingness to use electronic resources is constructed.Through the questionnaire survey,the validity,reliability and validity of the questionnaire are tested,and each path is analyzed by AMOS,and then the regulating function of control variables is analyzed by statistical methods.After empirical research,except that performance conditions have no significant influence on users' wishes in university libraries,efforts expectation,social situation,habit factors and promotion conditions have significant influence on users' wishes in university libraries,and it is concluded that gender does not play a moderating role on all factors,and that different users have different moderating effects on all factors.Finally,the results of the study are discussed,and it is proposed that university libraries should take concrete measures on the quality of electronic resources,service,convenient and easy-to-use platform and vigorous publicity to improve users' willingness to use.This study enriches the users' willingness to use and the theoretical achievements in the field of electronic resources technology in university libraries,and serves as the theoretical basis for the follow-up research,further enhancing the theoretical and practical application value of the research,and promoting the modernization development of university libraries.
